  • How can I see what is for rent?

    We keep all of our current and upcoming vacancies posted on our website.

  • I found a place I would like to rent, when can I see it?

    After we have reviewed your application, we will schedule a showing with you. 

  • Is there an application fee?

    Yes, we require a non-refundable $50 application fee. 

  • When is rent due? And where do I pay it?

    Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay through your tenant portal or stop by our office if you prefer to pay via money order or check. 

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    The quickest way to submit a maintenance request is on your tenant portal. 

  • What is considered a maintenance emergency?

    Any active plumbing leak, flooding, sewer backups, gas odors, electrical sparking, fire, etc. would all be considered maintenance emergencies.

  • Can I pet sit for my friend?

    No. Without a pet agreement & deposit you are not allowed to have any pets on the property.
