Tenant Screening

We take tenant selection seriously. Every applicant is thoroughly screened using Appfolio's intrgrated verification system that reviews credit, criminal background, income, rental history, and employment. This process helps ensure only qualified, responsible tenants are approved.


We also use a pet screening service to verify and document all animals, which maintains compliance with Fair Housing guidelines while protecting your property from unnecessary risk.


Our careful, consistent screening standards are designed to reduce turnover, limit evictions, and protect your investment from day one.

Rent Collection

Our comprehensive rent collection process is designed for reliability and convenience, ensuring you receive predictable cash flow. We offer tenants multiple ways to pay, including 24/7 access to a secure online AppFolio portal that features automatic recurring payments and rent reminders.


For added flexibility, we also accept checks and money orders at our office, which is equipped with a secure after-hours drop box.



Our team manages the complete collections and disbursement process. Owner payments are facilitated via direct deposit, typically by the 10th of each month. On this same day, you will gain access to detailed monthly financial statements and reports through your secure Owner Portal, providing full transparency on your investment's performance.


Owner Support & Communication

We believe property management should be simple and stress-free. Each property owner has a dedicated property manager who serves as your direct point of contact for questions, updates, and decision-making.


You’ll always know what’s happening with your property — from maintenance updates to rent payments — through consistent communication and your easy-to-use Owner Portal.

We treat your property as if it were our own. Tenants submit maintenance requests through the online portal, which are immediately reviewed and assigned to trusted, licensed vendors or our in-house maintenance team.


We coordinate every step — from scheduling and repairs to follow-up and documentation — and we keep costs fair and transparent. Routine inspections at move-in, move-out, and during tenancy ensure your property remains in excellent condition.

Financial Reporting

Legal & Eviction Protection

Our strict screening process greatly reduces the likelihood of tenant issues, but if an eviction does become necessary, we’re fully equipped to handle it.


We manage the entire process — from serving legal notices to coordinating with attorneys and preparing the property for re-rental — while minimizing downtime and loss of income.
