By utilizing our website, various social media platforms, and targeted ads on social media we keep your vacancies to a minimum, allowing you to maximize your income from your property.

Screening Tools

RE/MAX Advantage Plus uses several screening tools to ensure the best tenant for your property. We use a third-party pet screening service that will rate the applicant’s pets and generate an appropriate monthly pet fee. Each tenant must fill out a pet screening form, even if they do not have pets, which will allow your property to remain pet-free.

Rent Collection

By utilizing an online owner’s portal, you are able to stay in tune with your property. You will be able to access the payments made to you and see detailed reports of any expenses your property may have. By the 10th of the month, you can expect your income to be deposited directly into your account. With our high number of online users, tenants are reminded automatically that rent is due, making sure there is no lapse in your income!

Maintenance

Your tenants will have access to an online portal as well, where they can easily input maintenance requests, which are immediately forwarded to us, allowing us to stay on top of any requests before they become a bigger problem. We strive to keep costs to a minimum and maintain a quick turnaround of work orders to keep your tenants and property safe.

  • What should I do to get my property ready to rent?

    We have found that the better a property shows the faster we can rent it. Paint should be in good shape with any nail holes repaired and touched up. A thorough professional deep cleaning always helps get the property ready to show. Any landscaping, walkways, driveways, etc. also need to be neat and inviting. We have a network of people who can help you out with any of these things if you need.

  • How do I get paid?

    Owners are typically paid by ACH payment by the 10th of each month. 

  • Who is in charge of maintenance requests?

    We process all work orders and can assign the appropriate vendor or forward it to the property owner if they prefer. 

  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    RE/MAX Advantage Plus has a separate trust account to hold all security deposits.

  • Another company is currently managing my property and I’d like to switch, can you handle this for me?

    Yes, we can handle the whole process for you to make a seamless transition for both you and any current tenants.
